By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 15 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement.

1.2 Account: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 User Conduct: You agree to use the App by applicable laws and regulations and to respect the rights of other users. You shall not engage in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, offensive or violates any third-party rights.

2. Content and User Submissions

2.1 User-Generated Content: You may be able to post, upload, or transmit content on the App (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content.

2.2 Prohibited Content: You shall not post User Content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or block any content that violates these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 App Content: The App and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are our exclusive property or licensed to us.

3.2 Trademarks: Tiwa Nigeria and its associated logos are trademarks owned by us. You shall not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimers

4.1 No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

4.2 User Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any interactions, transactions, and communications with other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos state, Nigeria.
