Job Deion: As a Customer Support Representativeat Tiwa Classified, you will be the first point of contact for our users,providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customerexperience. You will communicate with users through various channels, such asemail, chat, and phone, and strive to exceed their expectations by deliveringprompt and helpful support.


  • Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist users with various support requests, such as account issues, technical problems, and general inquiries about our platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Guide users through our platform’s features and functionalities, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of user interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to enhance user experience and streamline support processes.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with users to understand and address their needs effectively.
  • Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with challenging or frustrated users.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with help desk software or customer support tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of online classifieds platforms or e-commerce is beneficial.
